Ashish is a commerce graduate. He has more than 20 years of experience in varied sectors from Agriculture, Ecommerce to Process Excellence and Quality Assurance. He has been toughened his skills in Man management in the gristly grounds at Tea Plantations. As he matured the company identified his passion for systems and procedures and was leading process excellence and assurance vertical.

He went on to Head of operations of a e-commerce company based out of U.K. His went on to steer a global compliance and systems company in New Delhi. In 2021 he went on to pursue agriculture at his farms. He penchant for systems has streamlined operations and move away from guesswork and knee jerk response to operations.

Ashish is a staunch believer of process and systems. He pursues process excellence in every facet of his personal and professional life. He has been a torch bearer for women empowerment and sustainability as a way of life.
